Fitness tip for the day from our Fitness Improvement Program (FIP) committee. On these cold days please be careful out there!

If you are just beginning to work out you need to create an exercise habit; this mean work out seven straight days. This sounds intimidating but all you need to aim for is 30 minutes of activity a day. Go for a walk, hike, dance, go bowling!!! Your main goal is to get in the mind set of working out and having daily physical activity in your life.
