**NOTES** The Personal Finance Consultant (Keith Donnel) from MFLC (Military
Family Life Consultant) based at Ft. Indiantown Gap will be leading the
workshop. Please note, Keith will be available to conduct a face to face
consultation and offers 12 sessions of counseling for free.
Lt Col Scott P. Federico, 193d Special Operations Group Commander is proud
to announce his selection, Chief Master Sergeant Michael S. Kovach as the
193d Special Operations Group Chief. Please Congratulate Chief Kovach on
his selection next time you see him.
It is my great pleasure to announce that A1C Emily Shertzer, an instrumentalist with the Air Force Band of the Mid-Atlantic, was chosen as the Air Force Female Athlete of the Year for 2011. She has had many accomplishments this year, but to highlight two: She had the fastest female time in the history of the All-Guard Marathon Team with a time of 2:54. She also led the Air Force 2011 Armed Forces Marathon Championship when she finished with a US Olympic Marathon trials Qualifying Time of 2:45. We will be presenting her plaque and jacket during March UTA weekend.

Col Smoker has agreed to remain commander until then. Congratulations to Col Dutton and we look forward to his safe return to the Wing.
