It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of COL Tony Carrelli to the position of Deputy Adjutant General, PA Air Guard. He will succeed MG Steve Sischo, who will be retiring in December, 2012. Please join me in congratulating COL Carrelli as he moves to his new position and in wishing MG Steve Sischo and his wife Susan all the best for many years to come in retirement.
