On these cold days please be careful out there!<br /> <br /> If you are just beginning to work out you need to create an exercise habit; this mean work out seven straight days.  This sounds intimidating but all you need to aim for is 30 minutes of activity a day.  Go for a walk, hike, dance, go bowling!!!
