On these cold days please be careful out there!<br /> <br /> If you are just beginning to work out you need to create an exercise habit; this mean work out seven straight days.  This sounds intimidating but all you need to aim for is 30 minutes of activity a day.  Go for a walk, hike, dance, go bowling!!! Every system in your body depends on water. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, which can drain your energy and make you feel tired. The saying &#34;no pain, no gain&#34; doesn&#39;t apply to joint pain. If you start feeling pain in the knees, neck, lower back, etc., stop the exercise. Use lighter weight, modify the exercise or shorten the range of motion. If the pain still persists, try another exercise that does not cause pain.]]></description>
